About Us

KindKidz.org was founded by a young girl with a big heart — Elizabeth Galgano. From an early age, Elizabeth noticed the struggles faced by homeless individuals in her community. While many her age were focused on school, sports, and hobbies, Elizabeth was inspired to take action and make a real difference.

What started as a simple idea — purchasing and handing out vegan meals to those in need — quickly evolved into a full-fledged mission. Elizabeth believed that everyone deserves compassion, dignity, and access to healthy, nourishing food. She chose vegan meals because they are inclusive, sustainable, and can cater to a wide variety of dietary needs and beliefs.

Armed with her allowance and a heart full of kindness, Elizabeth began buying vegan sandwiches, soups, snacks, and water, which she personally handed out to homeless individuals in local parks and shelters. Her compassion drew the attention of friends, family, and community members who wanted to help — and soon, KindKidz was born.

Today, KindKidz.org is a growing grassroots movement led by Elizabeth and supported by a team of dedicated young volunteers known as the Kind Kidz. These children and teens, inspired by Elizabeth’s example, give their time and energy to help those in need. They pack care packages, prepare meals, and personally distribute food to homeless individuals and families across the community.

At its core, KindKidz.org is built on the belief that small acts of kindness can create a big impact. By showing compassion through action, we aim to brighten the days of those who are often overlooked. We also hope to inspire other young people to get involved in community service and to believe that they, too, can make a difference — no matter their age.

Our work is guided by a few simple principles:

  • Kindness is for everyone — Every person, no matter their background or circumstances, deserves to be treated with dignity and compassion.
  • Healthy food heals — We provide vegan meals not only because they are good for the planet, but because they are good for the body and can accommodate more people’s needs.
  • Youth can lead — Our volunteers are children and teens, showing that leadership and generosity are not limited by age. Young people have the power to change the world.
  • Community matters — Through partnerships with local businesses, organizations, and families, we foster a community spirit that lifts everyone up.

Since its founding, KindKidz.org has served hundreds of vegan meals to homeless individuals and continues to expand its outreach thanks to the dedication of Elizabeth and her team of Kind Kidz volunteers.

If you’d like to support our mission — whether by donating vegan food, contributing funds, or volunteering your time — we welcome you with open arms. Together, we can spread kindness, one meal at a time.

Join us at KindKidz.org and be part of a movement where compassion and action go hand in hand.
